As we age sometimes we need special attention to just keep moving and sometimes we are limited in what we can do.  I take special care to design programs that are matched with your abilities and goals.  The pool is a great option when we find moving and impact too difficult at any age.  It's also a fun diversion from typical gym workouts.  Most pool exercises are easy to learn and can be used in your own pool too.
